My Next Job is a private tool with a single user, its owner. It has read-only access to the owner's own Gmail. It never sends, deletes or changes email.

Relevant messages are stored only on the owner's computer, for the owner's own use. An automated classifier may label a message; it receives only that message's text. Gmail data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone else.

My Next Job's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
